Can anyone point me in the right direction of a manufacturer to produce mercerised cotton t shirts i have a budget of about £4/500 for a first order but i only need the plain t shirt with a brand tag Lanvin use these types of t shirt and also a local brand called Verossa_Clothing he seemed to start off small but unfortunately i just cant find a manufacturer for them anywhere.

Any help is greatly appreciated
