As a designer, I always recommend my clients to be unique in their appearance and don't copy others. The dressing should be very natural so that you may feel easy in the stuff you are wearing. 
Men wear both casual and formal outfits in summer. They have to be on duty from 9-5 and after that get busy with their family. During regular working hours, they wear formal dress shirts and pants. So having a proper dressing plan is very very important for your whole week and month as well. It will keep you motivated in your work and well disciplined in all matters.
