If your running Melco Design Shop V9 it should of come with ENS program. First boot up the ENS program then boot up your EMT machine. keep the ENS program open until your done embroidering. Any design you save, save it as a ofm & epf. The epf file is needed to for the EMT to read.
It works on the old pc . Just like what you said, I am trying to hook up a new pc I loaded the design 9 but the ens program doesn't have the icon come up for emt machine? like it can't find it.
I thought maybe I didn't install program right?
Need to make sure the Dongle is plugged in to the system your using
When ENS is up and running click on tools be sure that the Configured Starlan is Enable ISA
Ethernet Enable and Allow RSA download
Server Name is ENS Server
If that doesn't work might check with someone at Melco.
