Maxx press minor defect after 5 months

It is posible to find a replacement part for this minor issue, i don't thing this could be repaired under waranty (i'm from Romania), and if i can order-it from the states and how much the part costs.

It's anoyng to see this every day, and at 1200 Euro price tag after 5 months, it's realy bothering me.

Sory for my english.

The press is on 220v and the temperature is in Celsius degrees.

whats wrong with it?? I am sure you if you call and tell them they may send a replacement part.

I have torn apart 3 of my heat presses and fixed them there really is nothing to them.

Looks like the display has a segment gone bad, I doubt this could be fixed without replacing the display unit, shouldn't be a bad job but would require getting the part from the manufacture, I'd contact them, even if it took a month or two to get the part they should take care of it.

One led of the display is broken, i got to interpretate the last digit of the temperature.
That's what's wrong :)

anybody has an answer? how much will the part cost, and if its posible to be sent to Romania?

The MAXX is sold by Stahls here in the US, you would need to contact them for replacement parts here....

As to the cost? that would be up to them, but since you said the press is 5 months old I would think it would be free, they might charge you for shipping though, only way to find out is to contact them and ask.
