MAXX Hotronix Temperature and Time Chart

Hello!

I'm going to buy a MAXX Hotronix 16x20" and I want to know if any of you (owners of the same heat press) have a personal chart of temperatures and times that has worked with your products. I'm using it for t-shirts, I've read it's better to use 100% polyester, but I want to know your opinion.
