I have tried to contact the UK listed distributor by phone and email before and have had no response.I just wondered if anyone had any other dealers.

You should email one of the guys at the top of this list who work for matsui, tell them your problem and see if they have any others they can send you to.

Distributor not answering his phone or e-mails is useless to know. Joe is right just go to the main source for a list of the UK suppliers,there should be more than only one.

Has anyone ever had any luck with this?

I tried a couple years back and managed to get through to a guy who was supposed to be a Matsui rep but nothing ever came of it. Is Matsui ink sold anywhere in the UK?

Cherry productions I think that's what they were called they were the uk
Distributors for matsui I got a sample of a few liters of discharge base off
Them it was a few years ago .i think the guys name was Sanjay if you contact Dave roper they might have the phone number

I just bought some Permaset, which is a tad on the expensive side and was hoping that Matsui would be available and a little cheaper
