I've stumbled upon what I think is a great deal on a lightly used Stahls Hottronix Cap Press. I've never printed a cap, but think it might be a good way to diversify my shop offerings. Can anyone offer an opinion on what the market is/would be like for heat pressed caps? I'm assuming sports teams? Any other markets for vinyl pressed onto ball caps? I'm located in southern Ontario Canada. Thanks!

I wouldn't imagine it's big. personally, I would never wear a decorated cap unless it was embroidered.

We do lot's hats with transfers (we print) and then heat press on hats. There are always customers that want to give away hats but don't want the expense of embroidered. We probably do 400-500 hats/year this way.
