I'm trying water based Manoukian Texilac White and after 2 or 3 prints ink is becoming too sticky. I checked off contact, i spray screen with water , I keep my screen flooded with ink. Can anyone help.
I 'll really appreciate any answer.

Is it warm in your place ? Do you add retarder in the ink ?

You need fast pace with waterbased ink and even more if it is highly pigmented.

2 - 3 print, you should not have this problem unless you are reaaaaalllly slooooow

The temp was 85 fahrenheit. I'm not slow and no i dont use retarder.

I tried it, and didn't had any issue. It is thick, but easy to print.

You should try with retarder (3%).

I bought the retarder today and i will try probably tomorrow. I tried today adding a little bit of water and it was much better. Thanks for your reply and in the case i let you know my results with the retarder.
