I have a new HM-1 that is less than six months old and I keep getting deflection on my magenta. I am on my 3rd head already and cannot get any answers from anyone. I keep everything extremely clean, clean the wiper and capping station several times a day when printing. I also replaced the damper and wiper blade recently. Has anyone ever had this reoccuring problem happen to them ?

hi,
im having the same problem with my viper.
but sometimes i have no problem with my printings. then i noticed that when i refill my inks, my streakings are not with my printings.
so i tried this when i have those streakings again. but nothing changed! then i started to think whats making the difference.
The difference was the "time that i'm refilling". when i refill in the morning, streakings are not there, but in the afternoon there is no difference...
then i started to use my humectant with a higher level. still i have the streaking but with a lower level.
