Currently have 2 SWF machines and need a new one with less maintenance issues and more consistent stitch out. Any recommendation on brands? My area has distributors for Highland and Pro Capsule. Any advice would be welcome!

Tajima, Barudan come to mind. I would stay away from the 2 you mentioned.

I agree. You would be going backwards with those 2 brands. Go with Tajima or Barudan.
