I run Windows 7 through VMware on my mac. I install the Neo Rip Pro program and install the HASP. Red light turns on on the dongle, yet, I get this message; (Unable to access Sentinel HASP Run-Time Environment (H0033)

So, to troubleshoot, I go into my services, locate the Sentinel HASP License Manager and manually start the service status, thing is, it only stays on for a few seconds, not even a minute. When I manually turn it on, I can get Neo RIP Pro to open and but as the HASP turns itself back off, popup occurs and the program locks up????

Very confused and cannot figure this out. I'm a mac guy, PC's drive me crazy, this is a prime example. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I'm sure someone else uses a MAC as their primary engine.

Welp, Figured it out.

Needed to upgrade the HASP driver/engine/version. Logged onto safenet's website (the company that makes the Sentinel HASP service and downloaded the version; Sentinel HASP/LDK - Command Line Run-time Installer Windows , 13 MB, Version 6.60, Released 2013-08-08

Popped that into the (C:)drive/windows/system32 (or 64 isd you use that) and it overrode the "old" hasplms file. For not being a PC guy, pretty proud of myself. Hahah

Good to go! NOW, to figure out Neo RIP pro and to-get-ta-printin!

Hope this helps someone else, it was driving me crazy. I wasn't about to get (another) PC just to run this one program. PC's suck! MAC can do it all.
