HELP!!!!! I have a DTG M2 and i have paid €3000 spare parts and the problem its the same.

If you see the test print check the cyan and yellow lines on white colour.

I have change the Print head, capping station, encoder strip, encoder sensor, head cables, dumpers and also i have clean everything on print head level.

I have spend three weeks for searching the problem but no solution

reinstall the programs, reinstall the driver, change usb cable, clean the encoder and the sensor, make sure the cables to the print head and to the motherboard are well connected, make sure that the printhead is not dripping after each print, and make sure that the printer is on a well leveled surface
