Got to be doing a TON of shirts, ALL the time. Still need somebody to catch and stack. I guess if cuts down on one labor expense, it'll pay off. If you're even thinking about getting one- you've got to be rockin' . Hat's off to ya!
I was wondering if anyone has used one of these and what their experiences were with it - how often does it mess up a shirt or miss a shirt, does it takes heaps of setting up when you change platens, any other issues, etc
it will not pull womens, youth, and has trouble with adult smalls. md-XXX no problem. it will pull and rip a shirt every once in a while. if you want to use it with other sized boards the boards will need to have the same attachments as your regular boards for the passport to pull the shirts off. all in all the machine serves a great purpose but is not applicable for all shirts. it took us alot of trial and error to figure out when it should be used.
