Those of you who sell to a number of different retailers, I have a few questions.
1. Do you go around and try to round up orders from all of your customers before starting a run? If so, how do you deal with variations in when they place orders and how that affects lead times for everyone? (longer lead times, higher profit)
2. Or...do you fulfill orders as they come in from each shop? (shorter lead times, lower profit)
