Hello,
I have the next problem from a while.
I own a FreeJet 330TX and use Firebird as ink. The problem is the following: Lost of the 4 white channels approximately 50% after the first print. Therefore, the white that they put on a shirt is no longer white, it becomes gray from the absence of channels.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
I mention that I have checked and changed the damper, and after every cleaning everything is normal but this takes about one print, after which the problem is back.

Turning gray might point to ink settling. You can give us a call (number is on the bottle, I think my post might get deleted if I include it here) and we can walk you through possible problems.
