Tough nut to crack. You will have to beat out all the other insiders doing the same thing.

That could be considered trademark infringement or worse, counterfeiting, which would not only send you to the pokey but your equipment/inventory/etc. will be confiscated.

Hobby or Business. Its not something that you can do without some experience. If you think you can buy a cheap machine and say i am only doing this as a hobby, but I want high quality results and compete with those who have invested many more thousands you don't have a clue. The professionals are professionals for a reason and hobbiest do it for a hobby for a reason. I get lots of work because the hobbiest friend cant get the results desired or fulfill the order on time. We have professional designers working with digitizing logos to make them the best possible. We have a lot of experience and have suppliers that we get great discounted pricing from because we buy in such large quantities. A hobbiest cant get those prices without a tax resale number, at that point you become a business.

Hello

This is not an easy business to make money, provide high quality service and products. After 17 years in this business I am still learning.

This is a great business!

I would suggest spend you spend your $3000 budget on setting up your business and going to the industry trade shows. Try and work with your local screen printers and embroiders so they deal with all the production and you deal with all the sales. It would be a great way to get started in to the business.

Best of luck

You should find someone in your local area you can work with. If you send them to me then i have to send them back, shipping gets expensive. Your local professional will work with you and can get exactly what you want and work with you to get design, fonts, colors etc..
