I am looking to see some samples of MMA style or other styles of t shirts done with dye sub that have very large coverage but not 100% like as much coverage as you can do with a smaller 20x25 press on extra large and 1 x and 2xx shirts.

Do you leave a wide white area running down each side of the shirt if so how do you line it all up right?

I guess the sleeves would have to be all white.

I just picked up around 200 plus brand new Softlink Ts today.
I was not going to get into shirts but this was a great deal on the shirts at a auction i could not pass up.

I have many sizes on up to 3xxx

I would like to press on as much of the shirt as i can.

Do you have to re-size the artwork for each size shirt before printing?.

Make a non square image... I run the same size logo on S-3X and it looks fine. On the Small and Mediums it is mostly girls and right at the boobs, and it seem chicks like to stretch shirts across their boobs..., so it looks right, then on the larger shirts it is mostly guys and looks normal, even up to 3X. We switched from buying screen printed shirts to making our own dye sub shirts and it has been incredible the reaction to the shirts. I will print 50-60 a day and my wife will have a list of orders by the end of the day of something I didn't print... We only have one design... and we run about 6 different colored shirts.

Eddie,
It is hard to answer the re sizing question. You may not want 3x art on a small shirt, etc.
A 20x25 press is a nice size please show pic's.

Nick can you show some photos of the colored shirts so i can see how well designs look on a colored shirt.

Dave the press is a standard knight 20x25 air i picked up used i have not done much with it yet seems like it is not heating up right.
I have a heat gage on the way to test it and may need to change the settings to get it right i hope.
Using a heat gun laser the readings are way off but i was reading you should never use a laser heat gun to test as the heat press surface reflects the laser light making it have wrong readings so i ordered the knight heat Gage they sell just for this to test it.
I also have a 16x20 and still looking for a used 31x41 Maxxi press to buy that is not to far from me to go get.

That wont fit into the room it needs to go into.
I all ready had to knock a hole in the wall to get other items in the room but i can not make it any larger i am out to a steel support beam i can not go past.

I do not plan on making a lot of shirts i am more into making signs. I want to be able to make some 24x36 size with a 31x41 press at some point.

I am spraying and curing all my own sign blanks and i had to build a spray booth for that and that is taking up a lot of space.

Eddie, if you can up to a 40x 64 manual press you can do so much more.

I would also be interested in seeing a sample of your colored shirts.
Thanks!
