That is nothing but a standard white tank top. You should be able to find a number of matches from different blank garment manufactures like Hanes, Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan and the like.

Unless you buy a boxcar full. They are not cotton t-shirts that factories crank out like just about everyone in the world wears one.

T-shirts are cheap even in smaller numbers, but more specialty garments that don't have the demand numbers are more than double the price of T-shirts wholesale. Just life in the garment decorating world.
