I have used the US made Universal brand V series for the last 8 years and very happy with the machine. my machine is not desktop unit but Universal makes the versaLaser desktop units as well. The after sale suport has ben exceptional here in OZ. The Universals are not the cheapest brand but they are robust and unitsts that will give you peace of mind for years to come.
