I'm not sure of the exact name for it, other then the part that holds the roll of paper, lol.

I'm looking for a extra one since i use two different papers now.

Any idea where I could purchase one?

thanks...I was calling it the wrong thing on my ebay search.

You'll need to do some research, as it may be that spindles from other Epson 7000 series printers (24") will also fit your model - this way you can maximise you search and get the best price.
