Don't know. I just copied the pic on the web page and traced it. Luckily they didn't want anything else in that font but the league ne so I was good.
I guess it was designed deliberately, but not a font. I have designed similar "fonts" for customers who wanted to be different. Designers can easily draw these kind of fonts in corel-draw. You can check our the samples on our web
