What you want is twill. Check out Stahl's for rolls that can be cad cut. I don't think vinyl would hold up to embroidery. Flock might if you hit it with the press after you sew it.
Looking for the right Vinyl materials

I'm new to all this and looked around but cann't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I just purchased a Roland GX-24 cutter and I'm looking for materials (vinyl, felt like material, ect.) that I can cut and embroider around. I've found lots of heat press materials but not the sticky back materials. Can anyone stear me in the right direction?
