Looking for that does large bling shirt orders

I'm a screen printer in Oklahoma. I am not setup to do heat transfers, much less large orders. I have a client that is wanting me to supply bling shirts in large quantity for resale. I'm wanting to find someone within quick shipping distance that can do this type of work with contract pricing. I would be supplying the blank (or printed) custom labeled shirts. Quick turn around times is a must.
Basically, you'd have large orders without the prospecting or dealing with the client headaches.

My client has decided not to do any bling designs at this time. Thank all of you who replied.
