We are looking for a good quality, NOT steroided out mascots or athletes, art packages with templates to plug in to create quality quick images for schools and sports. Right now I custom create every image for our customers. This is great for quality but is slow and it is impossible to charge the customer what the image is actually worth. Sometimes you just need a generic image and save the creative process for something that really warrants it.
I work in CS5.5, primarily Illustrator but also in Photoshop.

Why can't you make your own templates? If you are making your own mascots, it shouldn't be too hard to Frankenstein together a few generic templates of your own work. It's still your art, not theirs (unless you signed an intellectual property release ... and I hope you got paid) so do what you want to with it ... heck ... load them onto stock art sites and make some money from them.
