Can anyone tell me where the best place is to find youth size hooded AND crewneck sweatshirts?

I went to blankshirts.com and they have a few but not much in selection.

I am preparing a list for a school corporation and need a wide range of colors.

If you have a resale license, try the major distributors like SanMar.com, Alpha, Broder Bros, etc.

I have a tax ID number, but I am not sure about a resale lisence. How do I get one?

You can get a resale license (sometimes called a sellers permit) from your local State Board of Equalization.

Some of the wholesale places may just ask for a tax id number. SanMar.com and AlphaShirt.com are two that you can check out.
