BTW I added the fender washers to protect the neoprene from ripping as well as use silicon so the metal edges wouldn’t dig in to neoprene around washers. Barley tightens let sit overnight then final tighten 12-24 hrs later. Lasted 3-4 years. That where the last blanket failed after 1.5 years.

Thanks for the info. Ive been able to find this part now so will give it a go

Can you not add this valve to the side of the frame instead of the neoprene?
