I’ve just started a new company in the NYC area. Why is it so hard to find a reputable screenprinter? I am looking for a great screenprinter printer in the NYC area to print my t-shirts. I am looking for a printer who can print a very soft hand on Alternative and American Apparel tshirts. I am printing on both dark colors (dark gray, indigo, black) and White. Since our company is new, I will be printing the minimum but would love to be able to see a sample of each design (I have 9) before I commit to ordering.

Can someone please give me some guidance on this.

I have done printing & shipped for some people in the NYC area. I don't know but it seems to me like it would be cost prohibitive to have the amount of space needed to run a shop in NYC. I live in good ole abandoned Detroit, I could probably squat my shop in 40000 sq ft warehouses if I wanted to.

Not sure of any printers in the NYC area though, sorry, just thinking why there might be so few, if any.
