Ok, so I'm planning on buying a printer in the next week or so. I am going to use it for normal printing/scanning and all but I also need it to be able to print good on clear film/ascetate because I'm going to be printing designs out for silk screening. I've hear maybe the Epson Workforce 1100? Any ideas on that or others? Any help is appreciated.

A lot of screen printers use the Epson 1400 for acetates. Do a search on this forum for that and read what other printers are saying. I have used an Epson 2100 (the 2200 in the US) and set on 'high quality glossy photo paper' and 'black only' it prints out very well.
