I have a motorcycle club that is looking at having us create something a little different for them. I'm at a loss for a source and an appropriate product we can use for embroidery. My wife and I ride as well, so we do understand some of the considerations.
We have sources for do-rags (bandanas) and also winter knit caps. The group already has run baseball caps, so they aren't looking for those. The knit caps work, but can blow off at highway speed. The do-rags are OK, but they are looking for other options as well.
Any ideas of something (black color) that is appropriate for embroidery, will stay on someone's head while riding on a highway - that isn't a do-rag, baseball cap or knit cap?
