I have a order for 100 Black tank tops and the customer really wants them and I have found all kind of ways to trim cost but customer still is not ready to place order. If I can find some shirts for under $4 I can lock down this deal. I dont have a sales id so my main source is jiffy shirts. Does any of you know of another site?

the adair group uses 2nd quality shirts, and is usually out of stock on certain sizes. does anyone know of another place?
