Looking for Heat Transfers for Shoulder

Last year I found a company that was selling heat transfers that when on the shoulder area of a shirt. Each shoulder was different, for example one was a picture of a football and one was a picture of football players. Anyone remember this stuff and which company it was? I can't seem to find it online?
