Self answering update: originally asked for a good replacement ink, also about a CISS. heattransferwarehouse cleared it up for me, so just sharing my answer here and removing my original post. Cobraink is indeed now wala, and they are the exact same formula. They advised me to keep my existing CISS that still has CP-650 (pigment cobra ink) in it, and just top off.

I may just buy a new CISS anyway, I've been eye'ing the one from Inkxpro, it has low profile carts and may be a lot easier (and safer) to prime (unplugging the back rubber caps in the event air gets in). Full size carts are harder to do this with because the reset button is in the way of the rubber cap on magenta, and I usually don't feel like removing the chip just to do this.. also I'm told that low profile carts like the inkxpro model are high vacuum models (less likely to get air, usually more expensive).
