A good place to start is Bare Apparel, although I haven't ordered anything from them personally, judging by the responses of the people on this forum its a great product for a solid price.
i recently found bare, and i like that their shirts come with no tag/label, so its very easy to print your own...i think i will be ordering some samples from them shortly, as i too am looking for affliction/ed hardy type blanks to print my line on...
I just found SanMar online and they have a line called District Threads(r) made from nice weights of ringspun cotton, 100% cotton, 1 x 1 and 2 x 1 rib, etc... AND (wait for it) they have pigment dyed many of their bodies! And less expensive than a lot of other US made stuff.
