What screen opener are you referring to Fred?
I was referring to water.I wouldn't classify the screen opener used in water based printing as "none harmful". The ingredients of screen opener is a flammable solvent, which is similar to the solvents uses in solvent printing.
Screen opener contains.
Solvent naphtha (petroleum), light aromatic, CAS-No. 64742-95-6: 60-100 %
2-Methoxy-1-methylethylacetate, CAS-No. 108-65-6: 5-10 %
1-Methoxy-2-propanol, CAS-No. 107-98-2: 5-10 %
