Looking for company similar to suns iron

Hey all,

I am trying to figure out for a company who carries similar products to suns-iron.

Dealing with suns-iron is truly difficult and I have been spending the last two months just trying to set up an order.

Please let me know if you know any other company.

Most of their items are proprietary, so you will not find it anywhere else. They can be difficult. I just spent the last week trying to refill an order only to find out that apparently my sales rep is no longer there.

In any event, I don't know who you have been dealing with, but I've listed the new contact person below. Since he just made himself available, maybe you can get your order set up with him

. Other than that, I'm not sure where else you can go for stuff they have other than regular hot fix stones.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

The thing is that I have lost trust in the company since after deciding to set my order they end up telling me that they have now an agent in the country of my residence.

And this agent billed me 20% more than their quoted price.

My 1st test order was for around 50,000$.

I am a wholesaler and i can not afford importing more expensive products so their policy is not to my best interest.

Well I will be looking online for similar products.

Wow, that definitely is NOT good

. I will keep you in mind if I find any of the products they sell at another supplier.
