Looking for a wide shoulder with a back yoke long sleeve PLEASE!

Hi!! I am desperatly searching for a wide shoulder, long sleeve tee with a back yoke.. I have a picture of it but cannot figure out if I can post a picture on this site. We are a national company, and wanting to add this piece to our 2013 line. It almost looks like a tee shirt football jersey, but made of cotton.. on the other hand it reminds me of a nautical looking garment. The garment I am looking at right now, the shoulders are about 24 inches wide, then it tapers to about 19" right under the armpit. This allows for a large screen print across the back.
If anyone can help, I would be so happy we are looking for wholesale pieces..
