I've got a customer with a roofing crew that go through A4 Men's Cooling Performance Long Sleeve T-Shirt and
ST350LS Sport-Tek® Long Sleeve PosiCharge® Competitor™ Tee so quick. I'm looking for something that won't rip quickly with carrying shingles, etc. Any ideas?

Cotton.

Or a 100% polyester jersey knit. Feels like cotton. Won't snag. Not as many choices for long sleeve but try Gildan.

i do the gildan 42400 in safety green for landscaper/tree-fallers/construction and they last pretty good, plus they are light and airy for working in high temps

the safety green is compliant with reg's (much better than a tee a with a safety vest over top)
