Next Level apparel has some 50/25/25 triblend shirts that are nice. I've not seen the other blend though.

Hi HR,
This Combinations seems to be a custom made for the brand you are referring to else this tri-blend has standard of:

50% combed cotton
20% polyester including the elastin 2-3% or lycra "1x1 or 2x1 knitting combination as per stretching requirement"
30% Rayon/Viscose etc.
& this blend is commonly referred as cotton viscose fabric.
thus lookup for cotton viscose & you may find the closest match.
