Long Beach-which day would be the best to go?

I plan on going to the Long Beach ISS show in Jan. and I was wondering which day (Fri, Sat or Sun) would be the best day to go to the tradeshow? Is 1 day at the tradeshow enough or does it take 2 days to get thru it all? I've never been to a tradeshow and I'm looking forward to this one.
