I wanted to use video game pictures on my tshirt like zelda on a tshirt or something can i use them. Say i can does that mean i can make them doing whatever i want on the shirt. So what kind of logos can i use and can't use?

No, you can't use trademarked logos or characters. That would be infringement and you can be sued by the intellectual property owner.

As a general rule, you can use logos that you have originally created. If you are using someone else's work, you are probably doing something illegal.

Nintendo has been nice to people who have fan comics or fan artwork and sell merchandise. I would not push their good will and blatantly use official Nintendo artwork, despite the fact that it's very tempting to make a Starfox bomber jacket like the one they gave away during that huge contest in the '90s. Also I can't find the shirt I won and it wouldn't fit anyway.
