Hi everyone,
Decided to move into using vinyl instead of the dreaded transfer papers!
Just taking it steady and going for a liyu plotter to start...
My question is... if you're using full 500mm width vinyl's and only need to use say 30mm width... will the plotter allow you to use the remainder of the sheet or would I have to cut it down to feed it in separately to enable use of it?
Just concerned about a possible waste issue.
Would really appreciate your advice x

As long as the rollers on the cutter are adjustable side to side you can reset them and reuse the vinyl. Make sure you reset the vinyl width to match.

hi yes, it shouldn't be a problem, you could have a image/design for 300mm and fill with different design on rest, just need to make sure rollers are in correct place

just depends which software you are using , some make it difficult.
