I'm currently working on a business plan to bring screen printing in house for my graphic design company. One service we are planning to offer that is completely outside our current offerings is live screen printing for events, bars, etc.
Does anyone have advice on forecasting inventory needs and size breakdowns? Once we start doing this I'm confident that we'll be able to develop a very accurate forecasting model. I mainly want to have something to use for a first event situation in the business plan.
