List of wholesale markets?

I know there is a list of trade shows for those in the t-shirt business, looking at equipment and new techniques and so on.

But is there a list anywhere of markets for those selling a finished product? I would love to find out the wholesale order only shows, but even cash and carry shows would be a good start. If there is no list, could we maybe start one, possibly by region for the market-unsavvy like me?
