Hello,

We have a Printa System screen printing unit. We were using Capillary film on 83 mesh and it came out good after exposure.

Now, we are using a liquid emulsion on 83 mesh and exposed the artwork for 4.5 minutes to expose. But when started cleaning the screen, the image did not come out good or the image did not come out good when clenaing the screen.

Please advise as what are we missing here?

Do a Step Wedge Test to determine the proper exposure time for that emulsion with your unit. See the link in my sig, and/or search on the term.
