I know this has been posted before, but I can't find the post I read it in.

I am creating a design in Illustrator CS2 to be exported as an eps file for cutting. What is the line width I need to use so my Roland GX-24 will cut properly?

I know in Corel X3 it is a hairline but in Illy I use the plugin for the Roland GX24 so I don't know the exact width.

If your talking about stroke width, your GX-24 will cut a .25pt and a 10pt rule the same, just one cut down the middle of the stroke.

If you want a thick stroke, you must outline the stroke first. Turn off the preview in Illy and you will see what the Roland will cut.
