Hello.
Everything was good.
But few days ago, after usual normal work, my TexJet Echo 2 began to write error “LIMIT SWITCH IN / EMERGENCY SWITCH ENGAGED”.
It appears after image is printed and the plate comes out. It seems that the plate wants to move more out than it can - it bumps up in stopper with bang sound.
It happens 1 per 3-4 printed images.
To hide an error I need to shutdown printer with switcher, manually move plate half inside, turn on, and only after this error disappears.
Moreover it looks like something went wrong with front distance - if I set, for example, 5cm top image border on PC, in fact it may print less than with 5cm from the plate border.
What I can do to solve issues?
Thank you.
