Cheaper blanks for sublimation can have uneven coatings. If you've adjusted the time, temp, and pressure then I would suggest trying a different brand license plate or try a different supplier. It looks like it will come down to an uneven coating.

Trying to sublimate some license plates and I'm getting lines or light spots. Tried adjusting pressure but doesn't seem to matter. Im new to this process.
