Insurance wouldn't be without it. About 12 years ago I had an one of my workers mess up and the ink started to peel of a kids shirt and the kid peeled some of and stuk it in his mouth and choked. The parents contacted me and told me about the problem. About 4 or 5 days later I got a letter handed to me by the police dept. Well long story short I got suited contacted the insurance and went to curt and the insurance and I lost $250,000 for medical, pain, parents pain, and more items were on the suit papers. Just remember lawyers will find a way to try to get you its there job it the way they make their money.
