I am thinking of getting a Lexmark C543DN printer to use with the Image Clip paper, has anyone used this printer with that paper?

I need to know as today I had a depressing mishap.

Today I got a Samsung CLP-325W and was so excited to try this transfer paper and needless to say the printer is trash now. It jammed up so bad that I can't even get the paper out of it. Really suck design if you ask me, I've have had many of laser printers and fixed many laser printers and normally they have a lever that you can use to move the fuser rollers to help get the paper out ... not that one. So needless to say it isn't worth my time and money to ship this thing back to get it serviced, cheaper for me to just buy a new one.

So be warned when using this printer for that paper.

Anyhow please let me know which printers you have used and or if you used this particular lexmark model that I am thinking of getting to replace my short lived samsung.

Get an Okidata printer. It used to be that Okidata don't want their printers used with transfer paper. Now the company is getting on board with heat transfer buisness. The company has a printer model "UNO" made for heat transfer paper. Another model even has white toner. Pricey though. If you just want to use Imageclip for light buy a standard Okidata color laser model. I have an old C5200Ne (discontinued). I have been using it with Imageclip for light ever since the transfer came to market. The printer had been so many jam incidents when I test other laser transfer. Knock on wood I have yet to change the fuser.
