Lesson learned.
Do not use a heat gun to increase cure time on emulsion on your screens.

for me good point..... I ruined 2 each YUDU screens

bad point

YUDO screens cost more than professional wooden 110 screens

Heat gun NOOOOO! I see that alot. BUT what you can do, if you don't have access to a drying cupboard, is get four bricks and a bar heater.
Place two bricks on top of each other, at either end of the screen (print side facing down / squeegee side facing up), and put the heater just on the edge.
This will increase your drying speed and keep your stencil on the print side (where it is meant to be).
Don't use a fan forced heater, if there is dust around it will blow it directly onto your wet emulsion.

If you are interested in speeding up the time it takes to process your screens a drying cabinet is always an option. I recommend the Vastex. Visit my home page. Thanks

Yea, heat gun isnt a good idea. You dont want that much heat and you do not want any forced air that could possibly blow dust and dirt into your emulsion. The drying cabinet is a great idea. You only want to reach a temp of no more than 100 degrees. You dont want the heat to be direct on the emulsion. You want it to dry not cure.
